Contact Forms
When you submit using any of our contact forms, you are authorizing us to contact you, not to SPAM you. Unless the contact form explicitly states that you are opting-in to a mailing list, you are not. By mailing list, we mean email. All of our mailing lists are “double opt-in” meaning that we will not commence sending mailings until after you have confirmed that you authorized the opt-in by replying on via email. If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. This information is not shared or resold to any other party and is used to improve customer experience. This technology is does not track you when once you leave our website.

This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if enabled), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Visitor comments and contact requests may be checked through an automated spam detection service. We do not sell your information to third parties (excluding clients as explained above) but we do partner with other firms and professionals to provide the services you express interest in. These partners will have their own privacy policies.
How we protect your data
We will take reasonable care to avoid data breaches. Data is only stored online on systems that use SSL encryption or on computers that are secured in our location.
